Radicchio Pasta and Risotto

Now THIS is how to do St. Patrick's Day!  Located on E 53rd Street, it is only seats 18!  We were literally sitting in the window .. we could have been at Macy's.  It was great fun, we had perfect view to watch the revellers, at a safe and protected distance -- which went on long after the parade ended (and probably before it started).

Pan seared scallops over wilted spinach to start, homemade ravioli and risotto, so we can sample both specialities, crusty bread and great red wine.  OK, my mouth is watering now.
